Labor Doula Support

A Labor Doula is a person who provides continuous support before, during, and after birth. A doula provides quality evidence based information, emotional reassurance, hands-on care, and advocacy to laboring individuals and their families at home, hospital, and at birth centers. Doulas do not take the place of your birth partners or family, but enhances your birth team.

Our goal is to provide our clients with reassurance, respect, evidence based information and continuous emotional & physical support so you can look back on your birth story with pride.

  • Initial virtual consultation to see if we are good fit for your family building experience

​

  • One prenatal in person or virtual visit

​

  • On call availability 24/7 starting two weeks before and until your baby is born

​

  • Unlimited telephone and email contact

​

  • Continuous support through labor, birth, and early postpartum (Contingent on hospital & birth center visitation COVID-19 policies) 

​

  • Optional postpartum visit within six weeks of the birth in person or virtually to discuss birth, postpartum, and infant care needs
